Welcome to Peek-A-Boo After Dark (“PBAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, SMS text message program, events, and related services.
By accessing our website or participating in our events or text message programs, you agree to these Terms.

Peek-A-Boo After Dark is a gamified social-experience and event platform.
Participants may receive event updates, game clues, location check-ins, and promotional offers via SMS, email, or digital content from PBAD.

Message frequency: 2–6 messages per week
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not required for any purchase or participation.

You may opt in to receive PBAD text messages by:

• Completing a registration or opt-in form on our website, https://peekabooafterdark.com,
   
• Checking the SMS consent box on Eventbrite or affiliate sign-up pages, or
   
• Texting JOIN to our dedicated PBAD phone number.
   

By opting in, you authorize PBAD to send recurring automated text messages to the phone number you provide.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any PBAD message.
After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages.

Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
PBAD is not responsible for any charges related to text messaging, roaming, or mobile data usage.

You agree that:

• You are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to receive messages to the phone number you provide.
   
• You will not use PBAD services for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
   
• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
   

PBAD events are designed for entertainment and social connection.
Participants join at their own risk and agree to act respectfully toward others and follow venue and local regulations.
PBAD is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in its games or events.

Your participation in PBAD is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services or opting into SMS, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

PBAD may use trusted third-party platforms such as Twilio (for messaging), Eventbrite (for ticketing), Patreon (for memberships), and Google Maps (for event locations).
Each service has its own privacy and data-handling practices, and PBAD is not responsible for their independent policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PBAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, SMS program, or events.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

PBAD may modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted at peekabooafterdark.com/terms, with the “Last Updated” date changed accordingly.
Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
